It's summer, man...

'Tis the season for training break-throughs...
The NFL, the major NCAA programs and even the
majority of NBA teams have begun their walk in the
darkness of "off-season training"...
Why do I say "darkness"?
Simply because they don't know what they are
doing. Don't you know?
--> It's dark in a stupid room.
It's the busiest time of the year for me, because
my private professional clients are on the phone
to me all day... and I'm going here, there and
everywhere to monitor sessions and disrupt the
flock. And pi$$ off a few people, too.
Funnily enough, I like pi$$ing people off...
especially the old-school knuckleheads.
Enough on that.
So, why all the "Summer time fuss"?
Here's why...
--> Maximal Vertical Leap and Athletic
--> Enhancement Results In The Shortest
--> Time Possible
Summer is the time when athletes are made. Some
boys become men. Others remain boys.
It's the greatest chance for athletes and teams to
make individual strides forward and improve their
stand as organizations...
It's the only time they can leverage their
efforts fully, towards becoming "supreme" beings.
For a short time, the *only* focus is vertical
jump, power, speed, athleticism.
No wonder I'm worked off my a$$.
Here's the thing...
Some athletes return to accusations of steroid
abuse... and flip everyone on their head with the
way the rip combines and measurement assessments.
That's a good thing.
Some look like they're the same anorexic, weakling
they were the season finished... and return with
little or no improvements.
Some come back like Oliver Miller. (If you don't
remember... they come back fat as the side of a
barn).
Some lump on a stack of muscle, woof down a lot of
protein and supplements... look like fitness
models, and then...
--> About half way into pre-season or - worse - the
actual season, they get INJURED.
No good.
Whatever happens, you WILL fall into one of those
categories.
So best you find out how you fall into the first
one, huh?
A focus for high school and college athletes in
summer should be on four factors:
----------------------
-1-> MORNING WORKOUTS.
----------------------
Morning workouts are critical. I fly in
the face of most so-called trainers here,
when I say that a morning workout is the
most beneficial of all.
Problem is, most young athletes are lazy
and want to spend their summers in bed.
Dumb move.
Did you know Kobe was in the gym at latest
by 6am... ALL last summer?
My point isn't necessarily in doing some-
thing for the sake of it, but rather in
maximizing time and recovery.
Get out there early... and give your body
the chance to address recovery consciously
for the remainder of the day.
--------------------------------
-2-> FULL AND ENHANCED RECOVERY.
--------------------------------
Young athletes have absolutely no excuse at
this time of year.
It's play X-box, go to the beach...
... or discipline yourself completely.
Summer is an *opportunity* like no other
during the whole year to blow by your peers.
Don't view your training and lifestyle as
a chore.
Don't throw your opportunity up against the
wall.
Recovery is a critical component of this
and, frankly, during summer you have no
excuse not to recover from your sessions
intelligently, fully and even in an
enhanced way.
This is where things like the Window Plan
come in...
Believe it or not... rest, diet and
supplementation only make up a small part
of what "recovery" is as a whole. In fact,
The Window Plan comprehensively addresses
the 7 much-neglected factors of recovery
that turn you into an anabolic furnace...
within days!

----------------------
-3-> NO OVER-TRAINING.
----------------------
If you're motivated (which a surprising
number of young athletes aren't, anyway)
then a real stumbling point in your
quest will be the temptation to over-do
it.
*---------------IMPORTANT----------------*
The real advantage is summer is in the
extended recovery that's available to you
and *NOT* the extra time you can put in.
*---------------IMPORTANT----------------*
I'll admit that this tip may not apply
to you, as unfortunately, most athletes
are more likely to be those struggling
to reach their ceiling of minimal effort
as opposed to having to cap that effort
and channel it fruitfully into results.
If you're one of those athletes who,
during the majority of the year, are on
the go training, practicing and playing
non-stop, then you might have "Rocky
syndrome"... where you think you have
to go and go and go... and go...
... til you drop.
Not good.
Here's why...
--------------------------------
-4-> NEUROLOGY OVER MUSCULARITY.
--------------------------------
The implication with extended rest and
recovery is that the neurological system
is favored over the muscular system.
Look at the body with your mind, instead
of with your eye.
This also and obviously relates to the
training component.
Athletic power is a function of intensity
and the ability to do evermore in everless
time... *NOT* more time.
More in less, not more in more.
The neurological system is what makes you
jump higher, run faster and be more power-
ful and explosive.
That means it is imperative - an absolute
requirement - to train in a framework
where you are performing evermore, in
everless. It's called maths and if you're
not just working with science, but with
MATHS also... how the heck do you know
you're improving?
Simple answer is - you don't.
And you probably won't.
Best to order the *only* mathematically
based performance system around:

In closing...
Kick some heavy a$$ in summer... and develop your
mind to withstand the rigours required for
success.
Very, very, very few even have the capacity.
In fact...
I'm only talking to those who have the ability to
understand me. To find out if that's you, go and
download my f'ree 15-page PDF on "The Polarization
Method":
Just right-click on the link below and select
"Save Target As..."
-> Download "Harnessing The Power Of The Polarization Method"
It has been labeled everything from:
"... the litmus test of success"
to...
"... an eye-opener, best words I've ever read"
and...
"... to say I'm impressed isn't nearly a
powerful enough statement."
It's yours f'ree, grab it now.

Keep a close watch...
I've been telling you that you are about to be
knocked dead.
And it's true...
SOMETHING AMAZING IS COMING YOUR WAY.
'Til then...
Failure is Impossible.
Train hard and Train *smart*:

It really is.
In the meantime, the very best way of returning
from the summer as an unstoppable, leaping,
kicking, sprinting steam-train is to order my
