Secret Number 2....

You've been waiting for Secret #2 for a while,
so today, the waiting is over. Yes, your patience
will be rewarded.

We got snowed under with the Xmas gift last week,
so we're sorry this is coming a little late.

But before I get to Secret #2, I want to let you
in a something else that's coming your way.

If you read recently, I said I will be posting
something here called "Cooking with Luke" (... or
something corny like that).

Well, we've been working on the shots and outline
for that today, so I wanted to post a quick snap:



















This "Cooking With Luke" series will be a lot of
fun, but more importantly, it will let you into
The Window Plan, so you can see the dietary
structure.

As you know the diet is just 1 of 7 components of
The Window Plan, but it is an important one.

Secret #2: Keep A Training *AND* Diet Diary

You've heard this before?

... Yeah OK, you might have...

But do you actualy *DO* it?

... just as I thought.

You've heard it, but you don't DO it - do you?

Maybe the real secret here is a point regarding
the human condition and the way our minds work.

You see, us humans are really lazy.

Terribly lazy, in fact.

But being lazy just doesn't cut it.

And when you go against this grain of this in-
built human inertia, you distinguish yourself as
someone who has a much, much greater chance of
success at anything - especially a physical
endeavor that requires a lot of persistent effort,
like increasing vertical leap!

There's something very potent about actually
writing out your training program and then going
off, putting in the sweat... and *DOING* it.

You can only know this when you do it.

You get to a different level of responsibility
and commitment almost overnight.

And equally, there's something very compelling
about writing down your diet and watching your
habits evolve before your eyes... you start to see
things that you *know* are not good and should not
be there.

Better yet, you see exactly where your stuff-ups
are... and then you know with pin-point accuracy
how to fix them.


With the New Year about to dawn on us, and with
everyone about to throw around their lame "New
Years Resolutions"... the one thing I can
recommend to you without any doubt is to go and
buy both a training and diet diary - and start
recording your workouts and nutritional regime.

Just doing this will separate you from the crowd.

Know why?

Because 100% of people (athletes included) are
damn LAZY. It is literally a disease born within
us that we have to combat every minute of the day.


I really urge that you don't take this with a grain
of salt.

I know there are many people that read the things
I write here, in my Dirty Rotten Lies e-report
and even in Double Your Vertical Leap...

... and then they don't *DO* anything with it.

This stresses me.

It was a point I raised in my Xmas gift (if you
bothered to read it) and I guess in many ways it's
the same thing I'm referring to again.

TAKE ACTION.


OK, lazy-ass. Go and get your diary's and I'll be
back soon with the killer Secret #3.

Make the promise to yourself and beat the disease
of apathy and laziness... and you will most
certainly reap the rewards... in your training,
in your vertical and in your life.

I'm hoping to get it to you before Christmas Day,
but if I don't... it's because I couldn't be
stuffed.
